Extremely horrible place. Worst customer service Ive ever came across. Racist and rude both the man and the lady. Save your hard earned money and order from somewhere else rather than coming here.
Tried to order a shack deal 1 through menulog as this was the only option when you googled them. Wouldnt let me add my order to the cart so called them to order instead. Someone else picked up the pizzas for me and came back saying they were charged $34 instead of $24 as one of the pizzas was a gourmet pizza.
Online it said any 2 large pizzas, and the pizzas we wanted were included in the drop down box. When we ordered over the phone, they restated any 2 large pizzas. Apparently we were charged $34 as one was a gourmet even though gourmet pizzas are only $7 more than normal pizzas.
Called to complain as the potato on our pizza was completely raw. Asked about the price difference and they brushed us off and said it was because we went through menulog. Tried their app that they told us about and it said $24 for the deal too. They are refusing to refund the $10 difference.
Will not be returning to pizza shack after their horrible customer service.
