Very poor customer service and bad quality drinks. My premium pearl was cloudy and tasted like poorly flavored water, and my friends Thai milk tea was almost half filled with jelly and ice. On top of this they didn’t accept my chatime franchise voucher. Won’t be coming to this branch ever again.

For me, Chatime is about their thai tea and royal jelly is always a good addition to the drink. The tea is always made to order which is good and bad as you can wait a long time for your order especially when they are busy.
It’s a shame that the qualitea has gone down so much. Tea used to be amazing, but not anymore, plus they have made incorrect orders countless amounts of the time and charged incorrect pricing. One time they subtracted money of both my loyalty card and took cash.
great service but the warm gingerbread tea is the worst. comes with no topping, the drink itself tastes like diluted tea with an essense of gingerbread and for the price of $7, no worth it. beside that, the rest of the milk teas are okay.
I’m pretty addicted to the pomegranate green tea with no sugar. It’s refreshing and easy. The line can sometimes be excessive but the staff are always great and moving as fast as they can.
