Bought a few ‘home made’ dim sims. Sorry, they are dry and old tasting, they are not fresh.
They do have nice flavouring, simply they are old and not fresh at all.

Served me black coloured bbq pork, chewed it like chewing leather. Could only mean the bbq pork’s been in the freezer for a long while. How long? A long long while, so long that its forgotten through the passage of time in history. Eating this reminds me of the opening scene in Star Wars.

Generic Chinese food – as expected at a shopping centre food court. Oily, but fairly cheap, although I tend to avoid since food sitting in a silver tray does not look appetising (who knows how long it’s been there).

Ordered BBQ pork on rice. The rice was stodgy and the pork was dry and overcooked. Very difficult to eat. Did not enjoy at all. Waste of money.

Hidden Gem. Chopsticks Affair is reasonably priced, And has a fairly standard selection in the bain-maries. However the Noodles & Soups cooked to order straight from the kitchen are delicious and are well worth it.
My go-to dish is the Roast Duck Noodle Soup!

Curry laksa with seafood. Seafood is really just fish balls, fish cakes, fake crab & bits of squid. However the soup is quite tasty; thick with coconut flavor & mildly spicy. Nothing to brag about, but alright for a quick lunch while shopping in Knox City.
