The coffee is pretty good but honestly not worth the customer service that’s received. The girls that work there (except 1 that’s sometimes there) are unbelievably rude even though I’ve been there multiple times. The guy that works there is worse, never says hello or any form of greeting. There are times when he won’t say anything at all, just puts the eftpos machine in front me. I work in the centre and was happy to pay the extra money to get my coffee from there rather than somewhere else but I honestly can’t deal with their disgusting attitude any more. I sometimes get given a coffee that has regular milk in it rather than the almond I ask and pay for. The only reason I know is I have a reaction to dairy. Extremely disappointing and I don’t understand why these people work in customer service.

Ordered a small chai latte for $5. Received a cup of warm milk with sugar syrup. Not a fresh tea leaf in sight. Cheap and nasty, not a real chai latte.
Good coffee in the suburbs. No nonsense cafe specialising in coffee only. My latte was smooth but strong. The milk was frothed nicely. Best coffee at Knox.
