Ordinary comes to mind straight away. We went for combined birthdays with younger children so games room is a must. 12 adults who had various different meals and none were what you would call great. A couple of very ordinary Singapore noodles. Over cooked steaks. Packet calamari. Very basic and can not recommend.
My husband and I went here for a meal on Sunday, 21 January at about 5:30 pm and he ordered pulled beef brisket with pappardelle pasta. My husband was quite excited about the sauce as it sounded very tasty and hes a big fan of pulled meat. What he received was not even close to pulled beef, but rather chunky, tough and dry beef bits. When we questioned the waiter about the meat and how the sauce was totally different to the description we were told it says clearly on the finished package they get from their supplier that it was pulled beef, inferring it wasnt there fault. My husband was put off by the meal and had lost his appetite so when he was asked if he wanted something else and he said he didnt feel like anything else he was told by the waiter that as he didnt bring it to there attention straight away their policy states they wont refund it. Rude service, finished food bought from packets. Dont go here expecting quality food or any customer service. Very disappointed.

Waitress was great. Didnt catch her name but she was very bubbly and enthusiastic.
