Frequent visitor of Nudle at Knox. I absolutely love their Wonton Noodle Soup. The food is tasty, cheap and made fresh to order, it comes out quickly and the staff are lovely. Not much to complain about here!

I had a quick meal for dinner here on a thursday night.

I had the seafood curry laksa. Broth tasty without being amazing. Seafood was tough and didnt seem very fresh. The size was very generous.

I enjoyed it though unsure if id go again.

    SERVICE: 2.5/5
Not sure if there was meant to be table service but we waited long enough at the table so went in to order at the register.
Food didn’t take long to come out and relatively around the same time. They brought us whatever we asked for e.g. extra cups, bowls, sauce etc however just seemed all too hard to do. Smiles go a long way!

    FOOD: 2.5/5
Luckily we were there during their lunch special time which was under $10 for selected dishes. Food was average or just a little under for some. This food full price would’ve been a major disappointment!

Spicy Salt Chicken Ribs – best dish I had, it was crunchy and flavour on the coating was great. The chicken itself was succulent however the seasoning didn’t go past the skin. Don’t let the photo of the mountain of ribs fool you, there were about 5 ribs on the dish. I also asked for a sweet chilli sauce which it desperately needed. Nonetheless, good dish for lunch.

Hainamese Chicken – dry! The rice and the chicken were both dry. Usually one of my fav dishes but I couldn’t have more than a few spoons of this one. A few doors down do my fav chicken rice so that’s where I will go for this.

Claypot Seafood Noodles – it had a strange pungent aroma to it, it must’ve been the brand of soy sauce…it wasn’t pleasant and made the whole dish seem as though it wasn’t fresh. It was quite saucy which I liked but the flavour was quite bland and on the sweeter side, I’m guessing sweet soy sauce was used. Less seafood, and way more noodles filling that claypot.

    DECOR & AMBIENCE: 3/5
I enjoyed the outdoor seating as it was part of the vibrant O-zone and great for people watching. Restless kids also mean you’re not disturbing other diners, kids can even run around nearby if they really act up 🙂

KID FRIENDLY: Yes, high chairs available and ample space particularly outside.
