Chai latte with soy milk was good. Service was good and the staff were very nice and friendly. Very convenient. Prices were reasonable for chai latte.
Just love this place. Really enjoy the coffee there. Staffs are really nice and friendly 🙂 I always grab a cup of latte here when I go shopping at Westfield.

*Sigh* Being once a local favourite for me since three years back, its unfortunate to say I won’t be back. There has been much of a downgrade in the standard of food and service of staff. Upon entry we used to be greeted with a smile and be sat down, nowadays you stand around waiting for someone to notice you. I even had to walk up to the counter today to request a menu this morning (we got one after the guy behind the counter asked a waitress to attend to me in a rushed/fustrated manner). It just feels like management has changed in some time…The dishes do look like something you could whip up at home, nothing special. My partner also found a hair in his poached egg. Quite disapppinting.
Coffee was good. Service was hit and miss. The waiter was very attentive in taking my order but when the meal arrived I was disappointed. Im on a carb free diet and mixed things up to suit my diet. No extra mushys, no extra bacon, no spinach? And a hashbrown on the side? Maybe the kitchen didn’t listen or read the ticket? Regardless I was clear with what I wanted and prepared to pay extra. Would do coffee again but not sure about the food service.
Customer service wasn’t great. Food was very ordinary (had the lamb kebab and chicken parma, both were bland and stingey with sauce), except for the fries, they were actually great. Saw the lady behind the counter drop a piece of bacon on the floor.. she then picked it up and put it back in the sandwich.. Yeah no thank you won’t be back!
One of the very few places I’d choose to get coffee from Knox Westfield. Very kid friendly and plenty seating, and great that it’s away from the rest of the eateries and the noise
