Amazing place for awesome food, I have no bad words to say about Groove Train. Im a salad lover and I gotta say that the Thai calamari salad is my favourite on their menu. I took my partner there today for the first time and he loved his Parma (on the special menu) – came with onion rings and meat balls on the side. Great customer service too. Highly recommended

I have been here once and I wouldnt go again. The food was average and so was the service. Unfortunately too many other options that are much nicer and Ozone to risk coming here again.

Nice place, friendly wait staff, were seated promptly and orders taken after which the food came out super quick, in less than 10 mins! We would have liked to have entree first but it all came together. Caesar was nice, drenched in dressing though but fresh salad and nice charred chicken. Pasta was mediocre, bit bland and seafood was not fresh so didnt eat most of it, especially the chewy rubber squid. Chocolate mousse for dessert was lovely and rich but $8.50 for a small cup- a tad overpriced!

We came to Groooooooove Train in Knox city for a catch up with one of my mates for dinner, its a great half way point between us and is one of the better options in this part of the world.

The waiting staff are extremely attentive, and we were busy having a catch up so had to keep sending the poor staff members away on many occasions while we chatted on before being ready to place our order.

I ordered the chicken salad, this was lovely and fresh, the chicken pieces where cooked nicely and it had a lightly creamy dressing that was not too strong or over the top, nor rich. So for me it was the perfect dressing as I would rather have none than too much.

My dining companion ordered an Hawaiian pizza and enjoyed the thin base, she said it was really filling and couldnt manage it all. I didnt partake as am not the Hawaiian fan.

Overall a good easy and affordable meal out. Great for families and their menu is huge so there is something for everyone.

3.5*! Been here a few times and find the food inconsistent. But I enjoyed their Lamb with saffron rice and yogurt, it had flavour and the lamb was tender. My husband (who loves his Parmas) thinks the Parma is cooked well too, it just has too much tomato and not enough cheese. Friendly staff and quick service.
