Standard chicken and chip combo place. Very disappointing that the owner openly breaks the law by charging you a flat fee with eftpos rather that a % as per the law.
Lovely chicken & schnitzel rolls. Chips are always perfectly seasoned and crispy ,not sure how this place is rated so low, has everything you could want from a chicken shop.
Having recently moved into the area I have begun exploring my local eateries and can honestly say this is by far one of my favourite go-to’s. Not only were staff friendly and attentive but also extraordinarily accommodating. After a miserable day, I requested a special order of a parma burger and must say was NOT disappointed. As I was eating in store the male worker that served me came around the counter and generously offered me chips. Extremely courteous and appreciated!

Went to my local chicken shop , been taken over recently and revamped. Looks awersome. Got one those family packs . The free range chicken was cooked just right and the taste was sensational. Huge range of salads available and made on site. Got a couple of those to. And the chips with gravy say no more. Definately will be back
Went to this shop today as I heard it was under new management and so glad I did. What can I say… The best chicken I have ever eaten , Free Range Lilydale Chicken that was juicy and in a word delicious, perfectly golden chips with just the right amount of chicken salt and I washed this down with a Greek Salad which was fresh and well dressed. Staff were very friendly and I was served with a smile. Getting hungry as I write… Definitely be coming back!!!

Went here for a tub of gravy to go with our home cooked dinner. The staff were lovely, however the aftermath the next day was not. 4 out of 5 family members had food poisoning the next day, the only lucky one never touched the gravy.
Wantirna South charcoal chicken is an utter disappointment. Not only were the staff disorientated and slow, but the chicken was burnt and the meat was tough and dry. Furthermore, the seasoning was in patches with some areas well seasoned and other parts of the chicken left unseasoned. The store was renovated and inviting however, Te chicken was not.
