VOID! Wow how does this place have 3 stars! I have never written a review, let alone a bad one! This place offered terrible customer service. I asked for a fork and was given one already usesd this was followed by burnt rice and the incorrect main meal. On our way out we weren’t asked how the meal was, perhaps they already knew it was terrible. When I provided my feedback it was met with ‘okay’. No apology or explanation
A great chinese restaurant excellent quality with the chinese wok hay which is the wok which the use to fry and stir stuff. Really great restaurant overall but cant expect much of the freshness they cook for you not some frozen stuff.
Great food but let me tell you, if you want great service, just don’t come here. Always have to wait well over the time given for our food, today it was over an hour.
I’d give the food a good 4 out of 5 but barely want to give a 1 for the service sorry guys!
I love Ming’s!!
I’m a picky eater and they don’t mind leaving something out of the dish for me (egg etc)
I’ve never had to wait more than 25mins for my food.
$15 for a vegetarian main is a great price for the quality of this food 😀
Ming’s has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere I have only encountered good staff here!
I’m in love with the vegetarian singapore fried noodles (add chilli sauce) it’s worth the try
Not the most authentic Chinese by any stretch, and it’s a bit pricey for what it is, but it satisfies the casual food-court Chinese at home craving when it hits. Make sure to collect your take-away about 20 minutes after they say to pick it up. It’s been a long wait every single time.
Great food, but terrible service. In order to receive a high rating you must be able to satisfy customer necessities, evidently so, Ming’s did not succeed in this department. I ordered my food at 7pm and was told to wait 45 minutes. 1 hour and 55 minutes later my food was ready. Not happy!
Very disappointed had to wait well over a hour for our order. Combination omlette was scrabble egg with few vegies no meat or seafood at all. Very pricy.
