Traditional Italian style pizza , Yes it is. My fault I should have noted that, as I’m not a fan, I guess I’m to westernised for it. Based on what it was ill be fair and say it was nice if that is your type of thing.Pita bread thin crust and a sprinkling of ingredients. Mozzarella stretchy and melted but no that crisp grilled sensation on top. While waiting I read some previous reviews. Yes the lady still handles the fresh pasta with her hands, and to that the man used the PC to register the order and then went to make the pizza. Did not notice if he washed his hands after touching the keyboard. The self serve table water tasted immediately funky. 1st sip and it was glasses down for both of us. Not keen to build up our immune systems on that day.Owner mentioned they intend to move to WA and the business was up for sale.
Fantastic! Â We visit Warrnambool a lot and were very happy when this place arrived on the scene; it is now our go-to takeaway place. Â The question each time is whether we will order the beautiful pizza or the home made pasta. Â Perhaps one of each? Â It is all excellent value and very authentic. Â Finish up with a piece of the Italian apple cake – yum!
Pizza delicious!! Highly recommend. Lovely thin crust and simple but delicious flavours. Quick service and hot and delicious. Will be going back.
