Great food and service, awesome for allergies. Warrnambool Charcoal chicken have great food and are great for people like me that can’t eat gluten or eggs. Their mayonnaise is gluten free and egg free. They are really friendly and cannot help you enough, I would recommend them to anyone.
Terrible quality of food. Came here while on a holiday from Melbourne. Saw that it has good reviews and had a craving for some chips and gravy. The portion was tiny to begin with made worse by the use of old chips and Luke warm gravy. Asked them if they had any steamed dim sims to add to our meal without having to wait for something to be fried. 5 mins later got given rock hard dim sims they had clearly just put in the microwave. Would not ever go there again
