Nothing there. I don’t what these ppe rave on about I went in there nothing in the display fridge no deli itema (not much) no food on offer exept for a tray of lasagna which looks like it wasnt covered with glad wrap so it dryed up in the fridge no way
Awesome deli produce, good strong coffee and friendly service! Love it!
Always worth the drive. This cafe is always worth the drive across town. Our favourite place to experience the authenticity of Italian service and hospitality. Hubby had Mario’s big breakfast with their hot continental sausages & freshly cut bacon. I had the most tasty omelette: capsicum, eggplant, sundried tomoato and hot chorizo- simply mouth watering. Our friends had french toast made with their amazing sour dough bread drizzled in berries. Coffee as always was that perfect cuppa. Though to full to eat anything else we could not resist taking home their delicious canoli and they were long gone before we reached home Conversations in this busy deli on a Saturday flow from English to Italian, friendly staff who make everyone feel like family. Wonderful atmosphere and great food

A wonderful Tuscan Experience. Bruno’s deli has featured twice in the Age as one of the top 6 spots to visit in Werribee so we decided to travel from Mt Eliza to check it out. So glad we did! What a wonderful Italian experience, Italian music playing in the background, Tuscan scenery on the wall, an amazing array of goodies and truly great customer service. It was wonderful to see each customer being personally greeted and made to feel welcome as they entered the store. We ordered the antipasto platter for 2, the presentation was wonderful, the selection of antipasti amazing and in no time we had devoured the plate. Although full, their homemade desert and gelati selections were far to tempting and we could not resist the ricotta canoli and individual tirimisu cakes. We ended our dining experience in true Italian style with a full bodied short black coffee. Highly recommend a visit to this wonderful delicatessen and cafe.
Anntoinette, Mario and staff. Fantastic Italian food at its best coked by Rosie a brilliant cook ,can cook anything you want to its best ,and if your not feeling hungry ,you will once you smell the aroma of Rosie’s cooking coming throu the dinning area . Pat ,Ian ,Ian have placed our stamp of approval on BRONOS DELI . The werribee crew .
Abrupt but Ok. Sunday brunch with parents. Had toast with vegemite, olives and an egg n bacon sarni. Lattes and pot of tea. Food was nice, coffees hot- simple but good price. Lady working on the counter was abrupt verging on rude.
Service, please?. I’ve been to Bruno’s Deli a few times, and each time I leave feeling completely underwhelmed and agitated. Though the menu is vast, and the lunch options are good-sized portions and well priced, the service is enough to drive me away.
My experience is that the folks at Bruno’s are usually very friendly, but completely incompetent. I’ve had my coffee forgotten and/or served 10-15 minutes after finishing my meal, I’ve been charged a few dollars above menu prices without being told of the price increase before ordering, I’ve had my meal served to me well after my partners despite ordering both meals at the same time, and I’ve had to wait for what seemed like an eternity at the counter (I wanted to know the price of gelato) because apparently it took two people to slice a single serving of cold-cut meat.
So, there you have it. The service at Bruno’s Deli is clumsy and slow, but they’ll serve you with a big smile on their face.
Public holiday today. Just dropped into Bruno’s Deli while driving through the town, don’t live anywhere near here. Asked about gluten free food and the lovely lady said she could cook me some gnocchi with a tomato based sauce if I was happy to wait. Happy I was, and had a lovely meal without any fuss, service was great, staff were amazing, would highly recommend it. The main menu and the prices were great!
