This restaurant is attached to the council building. They had an automatic door into the main building which was great, but then a manual door into the restaurant. All the amenities were those of the council building so they were all spacious and met our needs.
I was in werribee today with my wife for an appointment and we stop to Raffael’s cafe for a late breakfast. My wife order poached eggs on toast, eggs cooked to perfection, I order it ham and easy cheese omelette big size and really nice. Amazing coffee and great service. Sorry no photo taken.
