Was passing by the area…a bit odd of a venue but it was a nice sunny arvo when I popped in.
Anyway, I’m genuinely surprised that $22 will get you a their meat platter. Most American bbq joints will charge around that price point just for a single cut of meat.
Quality-wise it ain’t the best, but what it does make up for is value.
The sauce offerings were great too especially the hickory bbq. If you’re in the area, try this out.

Over the past year or two we have seen the rise of American BBQ places in the city and Footscray area.
Fast forward to now and we have this unique set up in the main street of Werribee.
It’s outdoor and the seating is outdoor plastic seating and tables and you get plastic knives & forks.
If you reckon you can handle that then you are in for some great tasting, slow cooked BBQ.
The beef and pork are cooked well and great tasting.
Prices are fair and reasonable.
The owner has a six months lease to see how things go and I am hopeful that he will do well so it can continue. I would look forward to some nice outdoor BBQ come winter.
This set up comes from something direct out of Texas or Louisiana and does not disappoint.
A associate of mine has told me he tried everything on the menu to date and all is great.
Plenty of parking.
Down side – only opened Thursday to Sunday….
Other wise – its a YES from me.
