Was hungry this morning and just wanted a very simple bacon and egg burger and Apollo has delivered that. The bun was a bit toasted and is a brioche, so it was a bit sweet-ish which matched well with the bacon (it wasn’t very salty though at all ). Satisfying and filling. Just what I wanted for breakfast this morning. I asked for no bbq sauce and they did not put that in my order which was good.
