Walked past a few other cafes that weren’t very busy before we arrived at Mezmez. Mezmez seems to draw in the crowd and we managed to grab one of the last two available tables. Service was prompt, and on the whole, quite friendly.
The food was a hit and miss. The Grilled Soujuk was the better dish in terms of flavour, let down only by the rather bland potatoes. The Saganaki Hash Brown presented more in terms of texture, with the hash browns fried to crunchy golden perfection. The smoked salmon was rather salty though.
I found the Snickers milkshake overly sweet, but there was no denying how thick and creamy it was. No complains with our skinny lattes – strong and smooth. Gulped mine down in a flash.
