Came here with a group of 7 on a Saturday night. Between the group we ordered 2 parmas, 2 steaks, a pork loin special, salmon special and a fish and chips. The place was busy and service was perhaps a little slow compared to other visits. A lot of staff at the bar chatting while we waited to order. The food arrived in good time… aside from the salmon and fish and chips which didn’t appear. After 10 minutes someone came to let us know they would be another 5. While letting us know is appreciated and the guy was sincerely sorry, it was a bit disappointing as everyone else was nearly done by the time the last two meals arrived.
The parmas were rated as alright, good but not amazing. The steaks were asked for medium and came closer to well done but were still tasty. The pork loin was really over done and tough, it was grey and hard and just not as pork should be. The fish and chips hit the spot and my salmon was really lovely. I enjoyed everything on this plate and wished we had all had the same experience with our food.
Have visited the Prince Albert more times than I can count on maybe even two hands and it’s usually a much better experience, so still worth a visit. This time around was just average though.

Albert classics are good for the price, ordered the Parma without ham, it was really fresh and tasty. Pizzas were average, seemed like they were made from old dough. There aioli is like crack…so good!
