This place lacked the ambience I thought Id be getting since its along chapel street. Might be because I rocked up at 4pm, not exactly lunch or dinner timing..

As for the food, we ordered the arancini balls, the funghi penne and the arrabiata fettuccine.

The arancini were a disaster, lacked flavour and any effort..and it came out after our mains were half way done.

The pastas were pretty tasty, and was worth the price.

However it took them 35 mins to put food on the table. And there were only 2 other guest as we rocked up at 4pm. It was obvious we got a little impatient with hunger but the waiter didnt even try to make amends. No apologies, nothing. they were more interested in their delivery orders I guess.

So not sure if its worth coming back because that service left a very bitter taste..

Too many options on the menu to be fresh
$20 for a bowl of fettuccine carbonara that was too al dente, lacked seasoning and had 5 slices of chicken breast that were dry and added afterwards ( not. Cooked with the sauce) came here expecting Etoo style pasta walked out feeling meh
On top of this the waiter cracked open my Coke Zero and threw away the lid, would have like to drink it later

I ordered the Pollo Funghi and it tasted great as usual!

Quite quiet for Friday lunch but the atmosphere was great and the waitress was nice!
