Got here at 2:45 to be told the kitchen was closed – no foccacias, no sandwiches, no dips (you need the whole kitchen open to assemble some dips?). So we went with the salad, which was underwhelming. It was pretty heavy with the dressing, and no much else. My friends waited 25 minutes for two slices of cake and coffee – meanwhile, myself and my other friend had received and eaten our salads. Really disappointing. On top of all this, we saw the guy behind the counter fish out the biscuits from the display jar with his bare hands (without washing them first). We had to ask twice for the cakes to arrive, at a half full cafe. In the end we just went up and got the cakes ourselves from the counter, and one of the cakes was the wrong one. Ridiculous. Definitely not returning.
