Food probably good but do not go here for Dim Sum at night, the pricing is ridicules.. and enjoyment was really hampered by the surcharge of ordering Dim Sum at for dinner, +$2 extra per dish.. and top add insult to injury, $4.50 for a small soup bowl of sago.No thanks.. this place is supposed to be a ‘Hong Kong’ style.. too rich for my blood.I will try Atrium next time.
Really authentic and amazing, especially in the northern suburbs where you have to drive all the way to northbridge for a decent dimsum lunch. This is the spot on alternative especially on weekends for dimsum, or weeknights for delivery. On the weekends the aroma of fresh dimsum being made makes my mouth water, highly recommend

Found this place by referral, new owners have taken this place over about 12 months now and the chef has been cooking for over 30 years. We had pork, seafood, beef and chicken all came out very quickly was fresh and very tasty. The waitress was fast and friendly, beers put in the fridge with no corkage. I would recommend this place and the food to anyone as the best Chinese I have eaten from Shenzhen to CHristmas ISland and will be going back for the Plum Duck and chicken salted fish fried rice many times.
If you’re the type to go for a classic family Chinese restaurant that has a nice flow of banter between customers and employees, then this isn’t the place for you. Entry here greets you with a judgemental frown and rude service that reminds you of the Asian relatives that you only see once a year because they’re too snobby.Customer service sets the mood and everything thereafter follows. There’s nothing too special about the food, except for the fact they know how to steam up good pre-made frozen dim sum (I can only assume). I would recommend finding another convenient place to dim sum.
Great tasting food every time I have been here ever since the new owners have arrived. Even my wife who isn’t much of a fan of Chinese food suggests this place… Which is really saying something. Keen to try the dim sum lunch!!!
My husband and I eat dim sum, as well as get take away dinner all the time from China Palace. Not only are the staff friendly and attentive, the food is delicious. I highly recommend the salted fish and vegetable fried rice, sizzling tofu, roast pork (SO GOOD) and roast duck. Love the place!!
