Ordered two pizzas for delivery at 6:45….. at 7:45 they still hadn’t arrived. We called the store, spoke with a lovely young lady who informed us they had it listed as a pick up. However at our end it was selected and confirmed as delivery… You would think it was would be a simple fix deliver the pizza and explain the confusion but NO!!! The Manager (perhaps owner) decided he should get on the phone and give my wife a very loud and abusive serve about how she didn’t know what she was doing. They refused to delivery the pizzas and demanded we paid an extra fee… to which we refused as our order clearly showed delivery.. There was no discussion about how can we fix this just screaming abuse, with choice words, at my wife and then at me. He then sent the delivery driver to give us a refund. (this makes no logical sense considering they refused to delivery the pizzas) The delivery driver was a very nice young man who shouldn’t of to been involved and had to listen to me rant about the disgraceful serve we received. There are many good pizzas places in Perth who offer a polite friendly service but this is defiantly not one of them 🙁
Over an hour to deliver 1 pizza ordered online… and I live in Applecross! Shocking customer service when I attempted to inquire about where my pizza was, ‘on its way’, 25 minutes later no pizza. Never again.
Good Pizza but the service has really been slipping of late, wrong pizza, half the pizzas ordered wrong address. 18 years of excellent food and service sadly it’s dropped off lately
After trying several pizzas places in the local area this is one of our favourites we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nice thin crispy base and great toppings always on time and friendly service. Can highly recommend if you like traditions Italian pizza.
Best pizzas in Perth albeit a little pricy. The topping is nice but their bases are definitely the star. If you are going to be unhealthy and eat a pizza, might as well make it a good one!!
Friday night football, online order the works pizza, I am set! Great pizzas, always tasty and never had a bad experience in the 3years I’ve been going there. To think a ‘crust’ franchise was stupid enough to open up near these guys. Keep up the good food
I tried this pizza joint last weekend. I ordered a large and jumbo pizza. This place offers half n half pizzas in any size which is good so I could try two different flavours in one pizza.I ordered the half n half vegetarian pizza. Half Greek Vegetarian and Half Mediterranean. Hands down I prefered this pizza over the jumbo pizza I ordered. This half n half vegetarian pizza oozed with flavour and it was mouth watering in every slice I ate. Greek Vegetarian tasted delicious, the feta cheese complimented very well with the veges. The veges were of excellent quality in terms of taste. Normally I’m a meat eater but I thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian pizza. The Mediterranean pizza tasted equally good as well. The artichokes went very well with the charred eggplant on the pizza. I felt the artichokes were the hero ingredient in this pizza that gave it an extra depth in terms of flavour. So again great flavours in this pizza as well.On the other hand, the jumbo pizza I ordered was another half n half. Garlic chicken and Pepperoni. I’ve eaten a lot of pepperoni pizzas but this wasn’t the best I’ve eaten. There was way too pepperoni and not enough cheese, it felt crowded. Garlic chicken on the other hand tasted good but nothing special to me. These pizzas didn’t blow me away in terms of taste unlike the vegetarian selection I had. I was expecting more I guess.Overall, it costed me around $38 which is expected. It was fair to me since I ordered half n half pizzas in two different sizes. I did a takeaway so staff were quick and efficient in responding my needs. A nice pizza joint in Melville and I would recommend anyone to try the vegetarian pizza and go for half n half pizzas to get your money’s worth. I’ll come back to this place again to try different non vegetarian pizzas which can knock my taste buds.
