The place was so disorganised, the staff didnt seem to know what they were doing and they werent familiar with the menu. It was only 1 hour after opening time but they didnt have any royal crunchy burgers or diner rolls left. Placed my order for 3 pcs of chicken meal – original, spicy and grilled, and a royal wrap. The waiting time was nearly 30 min. When we got our orders they missed out the large fries. Sadly the chicken was average although my favourite was the grilled one. Unfortunately I would be reluctant to go back to this place again
