THE BEST. Totally worth it and amazing food that’s always up to standards and always delicious. The prices are so so so good for the enormous serving they give. Maui Fish bites, Maui chicken bites and the tarragon fish were so tasty from the sauce to the salad dressing and the little macaroni salad was amazing too. It comes with a nice big serving of rice with sesame seeds.Environment was clean, very brightly lit and nice refreshing self-serve cold water available. Appreciate how they always greet you upon entering the restaurant and are always so helpful and friendly.Just perfect. Would come here every week. Best restaurant in Perth for it’s food and value.
A great place to satisfy fried food cravings. Be it prawns, fish, squid or chicken, you’re sure to find a nice, light, crunchy and crispy coating around them. Sauces are generally delicious, but the creamy tarragon sauce is always a winner. Didn’t really like the fried gyoza though; they probably used the wrong kind of gyoza to fry hence the skin was quite dense and dry. Dining place is really casual and simple, and food comes in generous portions. Would be really fantastic if there were more non-fried food options other than just the BBQ chicken.
Always a winner! So many tasty options on the menu, but the fish with creamy tarragon sauce always wins my heart. Never disappointed coming here over the years, excellent value for money too! Service is great & the ambience itself is not bad at all.
Not so much a hidden gem of the area but a randomly-open-but-100%-worth-memorizing-the-hours location.The food is a fun mix of hawaiian, Okinawan, and Japanese with Pumpkin Pie specials. It’s an eclectic mix of tasty food, where you can get chicken katsu with mushroom sauce and pasta on the side. I’m not sure what the owner here is trying to achieve but I’m not complaining – the prices are great, the serving sizes are good for what you pay, and the potato cakes are a favourite. (They’re big, so only get 1 per person!)Certain dishes are extremely popular due to how tasty they are, so get in early if you want to try them. Otherwise, settle for another equally delicious meal and prepare to be well fed for around $20.
something different….not really a japanese food but more like a fusion of jappy and Hawaiian. very tasty food especially the taragon sauce… friendly services too…worth a visit from afar
amazing, delicious food, and simple, friendly, fast service, all at a ridiculously reasonable price (by perth standards!). what more could you want! creamy tarragon fish is always my go-to dish, but everything else that dining partners have ordered have always also been winners. highly recommended!!
