Hi, just wanted to say you make great coffees each and every order…faultless.Would be great, though, if you ordered in more newspapers to sell as I get there at 8:15AM some days and you’re sold out, which means I have to make an unnecessary stop at the BP servo up the road. Manager was rude with her service and lacked politeness. The coffee was terrible, it tasted bitter and burnt. I had to wait 20 minutes just for a small cappuccino and the line was not that big and there was no apologies for such a long wait. They seemed very disorganised inside the shop and I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for your morning coffee fix after this experience, it has put me off. I feel sorry for the staff, as their manager was exceptionally rude to me.
