Enjoyed our meals here. Good service and reasonable price except for the drinks which are so expensive. The chips (French fries) are amazing.
The service was friendly and attentive. We got the pork platter and beer tasters. The sauerkraut, ribs and pork belly were my favs. They were all cooked perfectly. Currywurst was a nice touch of spice and tasty and the one with dark sauce was quite rich. Just don’t let your food go cold or the ones with the heavy sauces aren’t quite as nice. Beer tasters was mostly good and worth trying the variety of beers.
Food and service very very average. We had the pork belly and it was basically boiled with no flavour. The whole meal looked like slop on a plate. The service was basically non existent as we had to keep calling over for simple things like cutlery! Won’t be going back!
I was there Mother’s Day! Service was great and food was amazing and the beer was even better! I will be bringing friends and family with me next time! 100% recommend to alll!
Busy night, service was great but there were a lot of folk waiting for food. The entree was quick, mains came out 45 minutes later. Mine was cold but the fellas ribs were great, hot and lovely. Not sure if the trio of tomato sauce, sweet chilli and sour cream fits the German theme? Average to say the least for a premium price 🙁 plus, girl who took our money said sorry but we had a function! Lunch looks ok though?
We dined here for my daughters birthday and were quite impressed. We ordered a massive platter, along with 4 mains and it was all very good. The portions for the mains were really generous, and the flavours were delicious. I also love the fact that they offered us takeaway containers for the food that was left off the share platter. The staff were friendly and very attentive, never was there an empty glass at our table.
