Been there for the first time for an early morning breakfast. The real good thing for Dome is that they open very early 6am while most of the shops and people are still sleeping. We ordered a full breakfast and it cooked in a standard way. The poaching egg is a bit hard though. The waiter proactively asked us whether we need an extra plate for sharing, deserved a star ! Nevertheless, later on she forgot to prepare our coffee in the take away cup as we ordered, serving us the coffee in the ceramics. alfredcslau.wordpress.com

The dome really has nothing going for it. I’ve been back multiple times trying to find that one good experience, but it never happens. The food is bad, the prices are ridiculous, the service isn’t that great, the wait times are horrendous, and it honestly has nothing going for it in my opinion. It’s either one of two things. It’s either a) I always seem to go on a bad day, or b) perhaps the food isn’t really to my liking in general.
Deserts at Dome are good, very delicious. However, sometimes their deserts are not 100% fresh and they taste hard. Also, the coffee they serve at Dome Baldivis is quiet weak for me. Customer service is good, however overall it is an average place and if you want nice coffee with deserts I would go to Coffee Club in Baldivis.
Love all the dome franchises but this one is my local. Really good range of food and can’t beat their coffee. Always a struggle to find a table on a weekend morning though. Never been able to sit in one of their comfortable chairs, always the dingy metal ones. Good food cooked right every time I’ve gone there. Huuuuge range of food available and good portion sizes for your money. Pretty cheap too!
Wait time. Been waiting 35 minutes now for a takeaway coffee. Eventually asked. Order went missing?????? Got a free choc tho
I head to the Dome Baldivis a couple of times a month. I can only say good things. Prompt and friendly service with fresh and tasty food (often very generous portions). I can’t remember the last time I had a bad experience there.
