Cool, sweet and tasty ice coffee with soft serve for only $5 in a decent size cup! Who can resist really?Not a big fan of coffee? Don’t worry they also have ice chocolate, ice tea, milkshakes, and many many more treats for you!
Cute little caravan cafe in Bayswater! Amazing atmosphere down by the river with all of the dog walkers and new families! Staff are all very friendly and the boss is a delight who loves her business and puts customer service first! The hot drinks that they make include all coffees and they have recently expanded their menu to now serve vegan dark hot chocolates, white hot chocolates, masala chai lattes, turmeric lattes and matcha lattes. Their hot milk drinks made with local WA Banister Down’s fresh full cream milk (the Banister Down’s light milk, Bonsoy Soy milk, Milk Lab Coconut milk or Blue Diamond Almond milk are also available! There is a lovely place set up with tables and chairs outside the caravan so you can sit under the trees with the river and playground in sight!We hope one day they can expand and open a larger cafe!
This is one of my favourite places, and on my days off I love to walk down here. The coffee is awesome, and the ladies are friendly. The service is pretty quick; but even when they are busier, who can really complain with so many adorable dogs around? I haven’t tried much of the food, but the spinach rolls are delicious. Best local cafe one could want!

Where canines and coffees collide. There’s something really nice about starting your day waking up early and taking the dog to the park. In this case, that park is Bayswater Riverside Gardens (aka doggy heaven on earth) where there’s plenty of room for dogs of all shapes and sizes to run, swim and socialise. To top it off, being able to pick up a coffee from Cool Breeze is awesome. The coffee isn’t the greatest, sometimes its even pretty lukewarm and milky, but I’m glad on these chillier mornings there’s somewhere you can get a hot drink! You can also purchase various cold drinks, ice creams, cakes and a few other snacks (even a treat for your furry friend). Always had friendly service from the various ladies in the van. Sometimes it gets pretty busy, so there can be a bit of a wait to get your order. Will continue to stop by when we take our dog to the park. PS. The banana smoothie ain’t bad at all…
I received the same reception as those who have disliked the cafe. I am at the park everyday as I have a dog, and it’s impossible to dislike the venue – the grounds, dog beach and play equipment is brilliant, well kept and loved by everyone. The owner however has no idea of customer service which was also reflected by her young staff member, it was such a frustrating experience which unfortunately has nothing to do with food, however it would definitely stop me from going back for round 2. I popped past with my niece to buy her an icecream and was there for 15 minutes, waiting for someone to even make eye contact with me! First and last time, have also mentioned to friends that often meet me at the park.
This lil coffee & snacks caravan on the beautiful riverside gardens in Bayswater is a gem. Great coffee & gorgeous location.
