Very delicious street food at the Mt Lawley food trucks on Monday night. I had the pork belly with corn salsa. This is usually served in a bread roll but as I am gluten free I asked for it without bread. The stall holder was very quick to offer me a potato instead which I really appreciated. The pork was very nice with a smoky flavour and the corn and mayonnaise all tied together nicely. girlinbetween.com
