I had the extreme pleasure of eating here at the Monday night food truck meet. The owner was incredibly friendly and chatted away with me while frying up some crispy falafel. I got a half size serving but wish I had gone bigger. It was absolutely outstanding – delicious, crunchy, fresh and best all of, vegan/vegetarian!!! Hoping a permanent stall comes about ASAP!
