We were recommended to come and therefore came with high expectations. The waiter was unfortunately not very well trained, sloppy and had no personality. Considering there was only 8 tables of 2-4 people, I was surprise to wait an hour for food to be served as well. We ordered the ocean and earth platterMost of the elements were deep fried with a similar texture. Crunch was great of course but there wasn’t much else. The saving grace was the unnamed white fish that was cooked to excellence despite the scales!! Shock and horror! The Coffee rubbed steak was tasty and cooked to medium rare as requested. But there was nothing to accompany it. For $110, we expected to be impressed. Different textures, complexity and an over all balanced platter of food. We probably won’t have been as critical if we didn’t have to wait an hour for it. Ps the sunset view was great
