Cute concept of cake in the jar. They sell a range of cakes but I got the cake in a jar. Very easy to carry and perfect for events 🙂 I tried the oreo bomb since the red velvet has ran out and really love it. She said it is best served at room temperature, so leave it for about 15 mins after taking out from the fridge. The cake is not too sweet, which is perfect for my taste, although its a little bit dry. But overall its excellent, although for $8 I think its a little pricy, but you get the jar so I guess its fair.

Carina’s Kitchen sells many types of cakes and I got to try two of her cakes in the jar! One was red velvet and the other one was caramel cake. I got them on Sunday morning and I left it in the fridge until Thursday evening. Carina told me that the cake can last for two weeks in the fridge and longer in the freezer. It’s a good idea to have them around the house especially when some unexpected guests come around. The texture of the cake was really spongy and my favourite was the red velvet one. It was chocolatey with beautiful cream and not too sweet. Definitely try out her cakes in the jar when you visit Green Grower’s Market at Fremantle on one Sunday morning! inexology.com
