This place has gone majorly downhill! It used to be a tasty easy takeaway & I tried hard to keep giving it another chance but the food is so bland it is inedible & tastes like it has been sitting there for days. I would hardly call the flavors Indian & even the servings are lacking. Very disappointing.

We have been here a few times, live within walking distance. The women here are really lovely and always compliment my little boy with papadums, which is nice and warming.I usually come for the Rice paper rolls, but the rice is brilliant too! Having said that I haven’t tried anything else apart from the lamb curry, and the vegetables were rather nice a little bland, but I AM a masala fan so I like that extra kick! Maybe I came on a good day?Needless too say – I read that someone was disgusted with the unpeeled potatoes.Working in a kitchen, I can fairly say that is the best way too cook your potato (especially roasting!) as the flavour stays! I give a 3 as I haven’t dined, nor ordered the full Indian shabang!
Gristle filled curry NO THANKS. What a disgusting pile of slop.
Very tasty, good value & friendly service. I like the beef vindaloo with rice & papadums included.
Nice place, I’d recommend it.. I was a bit iffy about getting dinner there because i don’t eat spicy food, but I had a nice chat with the lady owner and she’s been there for 16 years now (it’s on lefroy rd, next to the bottle shop).you can’t order over the phone because sometimes it can get real busy and may leave the customer unsatisfied about waiting. The food is pre made in those heating tray cafe glass things, but still tasted fresh, I ordered combo rice, lamb korma, and veg (eggplant, mixed & potato), some yummy bread/crepe thing, and I think the popodoms came free. cost me $15usual indian taste but it was good.can’t wait for leftovers tomorrow 😀
