If I could give 0/10 rating I would. Never returning and becoming a strong advocate for family and friends to never visit. Spoke to the manager regarding the missed opportunity to use a student discount card. The manager was condescending and not helpful at all. Having worked in customer service for 7 years I was appalled with the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed today as an easy transaction became impossible. The manager of Sizzlers Dianella had no sense of regard for us as customers, failed to legitimise his actions of denying an exchange and then proceeded to give us refunds despite stating he could not do that sort of transaction. Sat down for 1 minute, had a minute conversation with the manager and left with 2 refunds and 2 very unhappy customers.
I was craving for steak so I decided to come here after four years whilst the Husband ordered the chicken burger. Sizzler is well known for their cheese toastie but it didn’t come out well after twenty minutes (having to ask twice for it). I guess only ordering the salad bar is the only option here since the mains weren’t so great.
Haven’t been to Sizzler for some time but chose there as a better option than pizza or fish & chips while waiting for our lane at AMF.We all 5 chose just the salad bar which at just under $30 plus $3.95 for unlimited drink is getting a bit on the costly side. The price of the mains are way to expensive for a family to eat there. We waited while the waitress attempted to clean our table with a littlw damp serviette until I suggested the waitress try a cleaning cloth which she had to go to the kitchen to fetch.The salad bar had the usual choices and a few new salads which were a little ‘too exotic’ for some. By the time we had almost finished we realised we didn’t get cheese toast!! And looking around realised that no one else had toast. Not sure if its off the menu or just an unlucky night. Will be a long while before we go back again.
Ordered at 8:30pm on the receipt, had to ask twice two staff where the main meal was and at 9:10 when almost empty the restaurant, the main meal came out. Not happy with the service of the food being delivered in a reasonable time. Have to rush to the dessert bar by 9:15pm when it will close.Main meal nice and not cold but will not be returning to Sizzler.
Pretty cheap western buffet , service is alright. The food is average, the only thing i love from this place is the cheese toasties ! they are the best ! Drinks are free to refill which is good because most buffets charge for soft drinks but thats about it , nothing special. There aren’t many options in the salad bar and menu.
Pretty cheap for an endless all u can eat buffet. Service is rather decent, it took over half an hour to receive our cheese toast. It comes with two pieces, and We only had a chance to eat one slice before a waiter came and took it away when we clearly weren’t finish. Anyways food quality is okay, but were tasty. I usually love buffets but sizzler isn’t somewhere I’d return to. Overall an eh average experience.
Went to Sizzlers morley bcoz they had a special, pay for the salad bar n get free sliders or calamari. I went for the calamari n my boyfriend went for the sliders so we shared. Both were yummy! – We would definitely go back when they offer their special deals but wouldn’t pay that just for the salad or desert bar but saying that clean n spacious n very good customer service.
