We ordered the classics, honey chicken, sweet n sour pork, friend rice, satay beef and prawn crackers. It smelt good, tasted ok, then we all got sick! I should have known better, when you walk in it looks dodgy and not in a hipster way!
I’ve ordered from here a couple of times through menulog and the first order was pretty terrible and I didn’t bother with Parklane again until last night where we didn’t have much choice. This time round it was a positive experience. Ordered honey chicken, chilli lamb and satay chicken. All super tasty and generous portions. The honey chicken was a bit soggy but it did travel from Belmont to North Perth. I like it better when the sauce is the consistency of a thick sticky glaze. Prices are very reasonable and delivery is FREE. Hopefully they can keep the quality of food consistent.
Worst meal ever! Aside from being highly overpriced.. The lemon chicken was absolutely disgusting! Large amounts of batter surrounding chicken full of gristle and fat. And no flavor what so ever. Take the extra 10 minute trip to Vic park and choose from one of the other restaurants there. Google this place and you’ll find they had a huge fine a year ago for poor food hygiene practices. Give it a miss.
Ordered delivery for 7pm and it arrived at 630pm instead, which isn’t that bad, we just ate earlier. The spring rolls were soggy and not crisp. Flavours were quite good although the sauces was quite thick. Overall average casual takeaway restaurant. Probably would not order from here again.
Ordered from here Friday night.Food was late to start. Looked ok on opening (Salt & Pepper Squid was in a chip box!)Mee Fun was a gluggy mess and things just got worse after that! I’d rather eat in a food hall than from this place again. Combination Omlette on the verge of charcoal. We ordered several dishes based on favourable reviews on here. Don’t know where they are coming from. All up spent a lot of money for very little return. Was not prepared to even let our dogs eat the leftovers.
The food was fine. Normal Chinese takeaway. Fast delivery. Nothing to be excited about but nothing to complain about either. Good honey chicken dish. 3/5 stars
