Steak sandwich in Turkish bread was very good. About the best I’ve ever had. Very tender steak.Seems like a pretty decent country pub for a meal. Just need a few better beers on tap 🙂
Terrible service. We arrived 15 minutes before start of dinner service at 6:00pm. After being sat down were told were not allowed menus. Directly in front of us was another table where a couple had menus! We had seen the menu outside anyway. When it came to ordering the dish my wife wanted and had seen outside menu was not on the version we were given to order. Ok. She ordered the garlic prawn entree and specifically asked for no pancetta. My kids ordered the Greek pizza and garlic bread. I ordered the award winning steak sandwich. Orders arrived after a long wait. The prawn dish was covered in pancetta. The other orders were good however. The steak sandwich and pizza were tasty. They were under staffed and eventually had asked for dessert. Outside there was a desert menu. The manager who took out desert order rudely told me there is no cooked desert unlike the outside menu which was a sample menu. How was I to know ? This is one place we will never return to.
