Most of the bar staff at this bar need training in customer service or sacking ASAP. On a busy Saturday night the bar staff obviously feel the need to constantly talk to each other while customers stand waiting to be served. Once I was served finally after this overweight girl finally finished her conversation with her work friend she was extremely rude and unhelpful, After finally receiving my drink she handed the change back to me with not even a thank you or slight smile, she said nothing!!!This girl needs to be fired, you can’t miss her she’s the one with a chip on her shoulder and is completely obnoxious. I hardly ever complain or write reviews but come on seriously……Fusion bar your customer service is embarrassing and appalling. Sort it out.
