  This is my first time in Broome, and I have to say that this place is a prime example of why people choose Bali over Broome. We had a terrible experience and had to walk out. We arrived at 10am for breakfast, waited an hour for our meals, watching others that came later get their food before us. My wife explained that she was pregnant and asked for her eggs to be fried well done, when we finally received our meal their was a long hair in my wife’s meal and of course her eggs were runny, so again she requested the eggs be cooked well. My meal came out covered in capsicum, which was not mentioned on the menu. I have an allergy to capsicum. When my wife received her new meal, the eggs were runny again. It was now almost midday, we were starving, our toddler was getting restless, and our meals were no where to be seen whilst the waiters walked past ignoring us. 10 minutes later, the manager arrived and apologized saying he’ll give us the coffee for free. By that stage it was too late and free coffee was not going to compensate for the horrible experience. I explained that to the manager while he stared at me with a blank look on his face..

  Best thing about this place is the view. Service was very slow over an hour to get our meals on a day where about 80% of tables where occupied. Food was average meals came out separately and we had to remind them of a shared plate which we watch sitting on the warmer for 10mins. Wait staff disorganized and slow. No worth a repeat visit or one visit

  Coming off the beach on a perfect Broome afternoon we decided against a walk up to the resort for a drink and chose Zander’s instead. Andreas was helpful and friendly with seating .However , when we ordered with Lou , the drinks waitress, we found her to be quite rude and unhelpful. Our Sangria arrived which was delicious and good value however our 2 tiny bowls of fries were ridiculously overpriced.We did let the staff member , who took our payment know and she did apologise. We understand the transient nature of hospitality in this region of Australia , but good manners cost nothing and reputation of an establishment should matter to all staff .

  Came here for a late lunch/early dinner. Amazing views. On the beach. Friendly staff. Accomodating to menu changes. Crispy skin barramundi probs the best I have ever had. Def worth a visit.
