Super rude.. I asked the boss when the duck was roasted and how fresh they were. He said he didn’t know and but said they are fresh, then he looked away and served the next customer instead.. I then asked him why did he not serve me first.. He yelled at me and told me to go away and said he didn’t want my business.. He then got into an argument with me which he then claimed that the duck was roasted in the morning. I then found out from other past customers later on he would also often take out pieces of duck from what you have ordered.. Eg taking several pieces when you have ordered a full duck..also serving ducks that taste like they were several days old… Never ever going back again..
Great food, good service most of the time. Guy at the front desk (of whom there have been many bad reviews) is plain rude. They don’t accept paypass and so I had to go and draw money, fair enough. However, he treated me like I was some sort of criminal, absolute contempt towards me when I asked if there was an ATM nearby. His excuse for being rude: ‘its my money!’. Thats our last visit there.
