Had a coffee here . Now if your a cafe surely making a coffee cant be that hard. First time I went it scalded my mouth. So they took it back and it came back at a reasonable temperature . Pretty average coffee. If your going to run a cafe you need to serve good coffee . Whats the point of serving terrible coffee that burns your mouth . At least get qualified people to do the job

It’s an interesting place for sure. The location is amazing and love being able to go plant and antique shopping and then have a nice meal. The dcor and ambience of the place is nice but the food I found a bit overpriced.

Bizarre place!! Seems to have a superiority complex – thinking they’re something extra special. Reminds me of Fawlty Towers for some reason. And they’ve got a chip on their shoulders. Extremely unhelpful wait staff; Customers have to stand in queues at a crowded counter, pay up front then be handed a number and get pointed towards the tables. Zero table service. Food took ages to arrive. When I eat out I use my own standard of cooking as my benchmark and I expect food to (hopefully) be better than what I serve myself at home. This place disappointed me – food very uninspiring and plain. The Garden Centre adjoining it is good though ;-)Now – in times where a half decent local Cafe is called for I go up the road a bit to Ramons – who never disappoint. Or to Napoli Mercato for a genuine continental roll.
