Went there for lunch and had the set menu. The entree was a massive piece of garlic bread, which I cannot really describe as I’m not sure if it was half cooked or still defrosting. Lunch was the steak sandwich with chips and onion rings. I have never seen so much batter on onion rings and the chips were heavily salted. The burger was ok, part of the steak was cooked they way I like it and other parts were still mooing. Husband had fish and chips and all it was three pieces of fish strips and run of the mill salad. Daughter had chicken burger but said need that little bit more. Decor inside is very old and needs an update, outside very nice, good setting. So I give it a 2.5.
Great surroundings, terrific food and excellent service. Our group thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend Ramon’s to others. It was really good weather and it was very nice to be seated outside.
