Always great quality, quick and piping hot.
Phone ordered, told 10mins wait. Arrived 15mins later and they had forgotten to make our order (which they didn’t bother to tell us until after they took out money in full). Only admitted they were just starting to make the order when I asked them what was going on. Not even any discount was offered – not even the $1 tartare sauce!!Clearly no idea about customer service or repeat business!
