Yum. Very creamy drinks! I have tried the caramel mocha (which I would recommend getting half strength!) and the mocha. Some things on the menu aren’t exactly cheap, thoughI do like the variety of drinks here. You can get a breve (coffee with half milk, half whipped cream)! YUMIAvoid coming here if you are in a hurry and it is the morning. Sometimes I am trapped in the queue for 20 minutes or more. Even if there are only a couple of cars ahead of me, all it takes is for one person’s order to take forever. The staff here are always so friendly. I bet they get abused a fair bit because the line really is dreadful in the mornings and you can’t anticipate when it’s going to come to a standstill. (But they do try to speed it up sometimes, by taking your order before you get to the window.)

Worth the wait. Sure they take a little longer but it’s worth the wait! I always get the mocha and have never been disappointed. The closest store is a little out of my way but if I have the time I always try and get there! As for the price you can taste the difference from the purple mob and the extra dollar is worth it!

30 minutes I won’t get back. We went to the drive through window as the walk up was closed at 9.45 on a Sunday morning. Clearly we chose the wrong window as we then spent the good part of 30 minutes (approximately 7 minutes per car in front of us) to get to the window. At least 2 of the cars in front had only one person (though not certain how many drinks) drive off. Really frustrating when you’re locked into the drive through lane with cars in front and behind, especially when the walk up window was opened some time through our wait and a person walked straight up and away with a coffee a couple of minutes later. In a previous life when this was a WA owned local business, a staff member would do a line walk and actually pay attention to what was going on. When we actually got to the window our side had a quite casual staff member, who, when told her line was moving considerably slower than the other, was very unfussed to the point of not caring. Though the other staff member did hear and ask for a third person to help, but for some reason he went to help on the other side that was moving along quite well….. go figure.

Don’t bother !. Waited just over 15 minutes today before giving up and going elsewhere. Busy time of morning, was dismayed to watch 3 staff. 1 busy young thing race around serving her window quickly, professionally and with a smile whilst the other two ( 1 wild side part comb over mess + bespectacled blonde) play with the music, laugh, chat about customer sugar consumption and the approaching public long weekend. When I left my car and approached the service window and politely questioned the time frame for service was told to maybe try the local coffee shop if I was really busy. The local coffee shop now has a new customer.
