  Came for dinner on a Thursday night & the restaurant was buzzing & pretty full of diners. We ordered: Prawn dumplings (ok), fried rice (average), and the king prawn & scallop Udon noodles – definitely no king prawns in sight in this dish (they were small & rubbery, the flavour in general was ok though). Food came out very fast, service was pretty good (they corrected a wrong order quickly), ambience is nice, food is a little average but as long as you don’t have huge expectations, it’s still a decent casual place to dine.

  Loved this style of service. As soon as we were seated the servers came around with steamers full of different dumplings. Everything was delicious

  We had dim sum for dinner before a movie because it was quick. The dim sum dishes were pretty fresh and still hot as it came out of the steam trolley. The a la carte dishes also came out quite quickly. Food was ok. The xiao long bao didn’t have the soup inside the dumpling so we were a little disappointed with that. The chicken pie was quite tasty. The pastry was super flakey. For quick service and quick meal, not a bad place.

  Worse customer service experience. We ordered a couple of items the moment we were seated knowing that it might take a little longer to prepare. If I had known that 45 minutes later, after reminding the waitresses to check several times, that my dishes would not eventuate I would have chosen to eat somewhere else. When I complained to the lady at the cashier instead of apologising she got defensive.
