Normally dont dine at the food court in Carousel but decided to try the Hong Kong fried noodle at Mandarin duck. Although it was a bit of a wait, I was quite happy with the meal. Love the crispy noodles (anything fried is delicious). It also had a good mount of sauce/gravy for the noodles. Wouldnt mind coming back to try the freshly cooked dishes.
