Went here two weeks ago with friends. We ordered milkshakes and they took 30 Mins to come out. Food was another half hour to come out. Server also wasn’t that friendly and we saw other people who arrived later than us getting their orders before us. Giving thus place a 2 due to poor service. The food was nice but took a bit too long to come out. We ordered the cowboy beef , lamb shank and tgi bacon cheeseburger I think they r having teething problems and may return end of this yr to see if service has improved. Also rather expensive $120 between the three of us. Not highly recommended.

Terrible manager Jaegan, he had zero idea of how the floor should be run. Kept people waiting outside for 20 minutes even though they were more than capable of taking more tables. Heaps of waitresses walking around doing nothing. Food was below average, go to hogs breath if you want this style of cheap and nasty fair. Unacceptable

Came here while Christmas shopping so it was very busy but we were seated very quickly. Ordered one of the Christmas cocktails and a raspberry mocktail which were both very tasty. Then we got the prawn tacos and the vegan burger, tacos were good and a nice size for money, burger was nothing special but still an okay attempt at a vegan burger and came with nicely seasoned fries. Really attentive and friendly service both at the table and when paying.

Such a let down. We went on a weeknight & order the chicken tenders which came with fries & a lame version of slaw & the chicken burger & steak fries & 3 drinks (during happy hour). The total was $75! The tenders had no taste & looked like they were straight out of the frozen section at Coles. We wont be going back any time soon. Cant believe the price for such poor quality of food.

Went here with buddy Michael and had an okay experience. We went on weekday lunch so the place was empty, no need to wait, and the food came quickly too. Staff was friendly and polite too. However the burgers were so so only. I would have given a worse rating if it were not for the lunch deal that we ended up paying $14 for a burger and fries. Actual price was $26.90 – and it is so not a $26 burger. It is – to put it out there – average. The bun was okay, the meat was semi-dry, and nothing unique / special about the sauces. I like the onion rings though, but its additional $4 to substitute (not to add) the fries into the onion rings.

We were pleasantly surprised at the experience we had after reading all the reviews. We’ve been to other TGIs before so we just kept an open mind about this one and it was just amazing. Food was great, served quickly. Atmosphere was great too. No long waits so that was a plus. We loved the fall-off-the bone pork ribs…highly recommended.Avoid the hustle and come in early if you want to have a nice Friday dinner. They open at 5 pm so make sure you do your booking in advance. We will be back for sure.

Went here at 7pm on a Tuesday, was pretty packed but as we were only three we were able to be seated straight away outside. The waiter was lovely and there was a great atmosphere. The food took a while but thats probably because we were super hungry. I ordered the grilled vegetable tostadas with no cheese. Unfortunately they served it with cheese but luckily it was a small amount on the top so it was easy to push to the side. The burger serving was massive so I will be back to try the vegan cheeseburger.
