The Waverley is now open on the rooftop at Westfield Carousel. The Waverley was conceived from a love of great beer and excellent food. Designed as a contemporary Australian pub and nanobrewery delivering delicious unpasteurized beer direct from the tank to the table. With a focus on quality, locally sourced ingredients our chef will have your food cravings covered, with phenomenal pizzas, incredible burgers and those pub classics we all know and love.
