I usually subscribe to the motto if you havent got something nice to say, dont say anything however in this case, I need to make an exception ! I have been a lover of fish & chips and their accompaniments for over 60 years and humbly reckon I have enough serves under my belt to know a good one from a bad one. Ive had some great ones and Ive had some terrible ones but regrettably, in my opinion, this was the worst serve Ive ever had . The flake fish was stale (probably frozen), far too thin and surrounded by an indescribably unappetising batter. The scallops were tough and their crumbed casing was over cooked, even burnt in parts. The potato cakes were appalling – a thin slice of undercooked potato encased in a wierd, thin as paper coating masquerading as batter. The chips were over cooked, too dark in colour and crisp the whole way through instead of being crisp on the outside and floury soft on the inside. I cannot ever remember not finishing a fish and chip meal but on this occasion I had no choice as it was overwhelmingly terrible. Half an hour after my experience was left with an unpleasant after taste on my palate and the need to go and thoroughly clean my teeth. I also felt I had consumed too much oily food for my own good. I dont enjoy being this negative about any small business offering but I feel compelled to share my feelings and experience with the broad community of take away food lovers.

Is the rudest & ignorant Man towards customers when any question does not involve speaking about prices involving Cash! Very obvious all customers are working cash flow & nothing else … He placed his Hand up in the air & cut me off mid sentence. Coming out with in an abrupt manner in tone, alright Miss. WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD LIKE MANY OF US! MMMAs for the food, Chips were overcooked again in months apart. Threw a third of them away. Went there because I had to be somewhere at 7PM. Would of rather been still hungry! Thank goodness I only live locally,
