Bread for Burgers and wraps looks like from supermarket and doesn’t tastes good. I can make a better burger myself. Disappointed. Don’t have enough waitress. I need to do evrything myself like in fastfood shop.
STAY AWAY!What a horrible evening. We heard this place wasn’t very good but we wanted to give it a try. We ordered the garlic bread to start, wouldn’t of guessed it was garlic bread unless someone told me, it was just buttered toast. My partner ordered the “FULL” stack of ribs, couldn’t believe the size for $36 we received 6 small sized ribs and a few small pieces of potato. I ordered the chicken parmigiana, it was served cold. When I asked for a refund as my partner had finished eating they had refused. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told that they don’t want to talk to me. I couldn’t believe how rude they were about it. Honestly never had this kind of service. Save your money honestly better off going to McDonald’s up the road.

Excellent range of food and drinks. Some meals are average (e.g. Curry), but others are quite decent. Would recommend the steaks for sure! Haven’t tried the pizzas yet but they look pretty tasty.
Very disappointed with The Pier Hotel. It was a very busy evening so at the advice of the staff we ordered pizzas to go rather than wait an hour for a table. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes. We waited an hour for the pizzas by which time there were many vacant tables. All six pizzas were burnt to some extent and tasted stale. Would not go back Im afraid.
