Not to be harsh, but Brooklyn Lounge is over rated. Prices are high, but the main issue is the flavour of their food. Their fried chicken burger was covered in paprika (and I mean covered), eating dried powder as you can imagine is not a fun time. Their cheeseburgers lack seasoning and their sides such as the loaded fries were non-events. There are many other American-style burger places, such as varsity or hood burger, that are much higher qualities.

The food here is amazing, really tasty and made with high quality ingredients. they have a good range of non alcoholic drinks, i love the milkshakes and the american sodas. loaded fries with mac and cheese are absolutely delicious.

Came here for their $15 lunch special and ordered the Philly cheese steak, jalapeno popper roulette which came with a free choco and spearmint milkshake (bonus!).Philly cheese steak was a disappointment! Bun was too soft and soggy, there was so little steak inside of it, I had to open up the sandwich to find the pieces of steak. No flavour whatsoever, and even if there were, it was masked by the caramelised onion (which was way too wet and soggy)However, the jalapeno poppers were good and the spicy one was insanely spicy! The milkshake was decent too. The best part was the thin cut fries that came with the cheesesteak, perfectly crispy and seasoned. The waiters were lovely and very nice too.

MAbano and I went here because their burgers were listed under one of the best burgers in town. Of course then we ordered their masterpiece: King Kong and Empire State. Side note : For those not familiar, King kong famously climbed the Empire State building. We cut the burgers into two and shared so we got to try both. They are really good! For $30/$32 the burgers are huge and we did have trouble finishing them. I took a snapshot of what each of the burgers made of so you guys can take a look. Each of them has 2 thick wagyu patties that are juicy and yummy! The empire state has onion rings and pulled pork, while the king kong has dorito crumbed mac and cheese pattie. Its really hard for me to choose which one is the best. I like the pulled pork mixed with bbq sauce and onion rings from the empire state. At the same time, the mac and cheese pattie blended in perfectly with the wagyu beef.We also ordered their milkshake to top it off (maybe thats why we have trouble finishing them). Place wise its really nice, they have both indoor and outdoor seatings for people to relax and chill. Staffs were also very polite and friendly. Its really like a lounge to go to!!

All in all it wasnt anything Id write home about. On arrival it was pleasing that our reservation was honoured and to see a premium table awaiting us. Unfortunately the positives stopped there as we soon discovered that their own lager wasnt even available. As keen burger connoisseurs we ordered their top burgers in the Empire State and the King Kong. Impressed with the size despite the price paid it was demoralising to find the Mac and cheese pattie cold and dry and the Empire State to have excessive bbq sauce. Oh the ambience!! It was a lovely evening but was spoilt for the one on our table who was seated under an incredibly cold air con vent. The Brooklyn lounge has a lot of potential but unfortunately is let down by some basic and crucial errors which in turn will push people away.

As we have had a great first and an Ok second experience here, we decided maybe a third time lucky for a meal for my son’s birthday last night. Unfortunately not. This was the second time we’ve been with no signature beer on tap!! Meal was good and came out nice and quickly, sevice deteriorated after our mains, as we had to ask for a menu for dessert and then after waiting ages, ask again for the bill! It seemed like all tables outside were having the same problem. We noticed that after nine, all chairs inside had been packed up and no interest was being shown to patrons sitting at outside tables. Such a shame as we all love the atmosphere, and food here. Might go back, only for lunch though.
